Gavin joined the APC Northmead clinic in January 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from 20+ working in the prosthetics and orthotics industry. Before moving to Australia, Gavin owned two practices in South Africa, specialising in paediatric prosthetics and special needs patients (cerebral palsy), requiring custom manufactured seating systems.

In addition to his experience, Gavin received his Honours degree in prosthetics and orthotics in South Africa and is currently completing a Masters degree. He is passionate about giving patients their independence and loves helping them change their life for the better, even after a traumatic experience. Outside of work, Gavin enjoys the outdoors, mountain bike racing and he loves a good cross-fit competition!
