APC Prosthetics No Limits 2024 – A community day to learn, discover and connect! On Friday, July 19, APC Prosthetics proudly hosted a free, full-day event at the Bernie Mullane Sports Complex in Kellyville, offering a vibrant mix of learning, inspiration, and connection for the limb difference community.
The day brought together individuals with limb difference, prosthetic users, families, carers, and health professionals for an engaging lineup of educational presentations, empowering personal stories, interactive sessions, and inclusive sports demonstrations. Attendees explored the latest in prosthetic technology and gained practical insights to support their lifestyle and rehabilitation journeys.
A highlight of the day was an inspiring keynote by Don Elgin, Paralympian and motivational speaker, who shared his journey with humour and heart. Attendees also enjoyed free lunch and afternoon tea, with ample opportunities to connect with peers, build community, and have fun.
