Meet Emilee, an APC client since 2014. Emilee was born with a rare condition called tibial hemimelia, where the tibia (shinbone) is short or missing. Emilee's parents made the decision to amputate her leg when she was just 9 months old. Since then, Emilee has never let her limb difference define her or limit her ability to do what she does best.
