Bandaged Bear Breakfast 2020
APC’S BANDAGED BEAR FUNDRAISING WRAPPED UP
The team here at APC would like to thank you for all your continued support for the APC Bandaged Bear Appeal 2020. It is with great pleasure we announce that, with your help, we were able to raise a total of $5,200 for the Bandaged Bear appeal.
Our team at APC Prosthetics have been supporting the Bandaged Bear Appeal for over 10 years to raise funds for world-class care and treatment as well as further research #forsickkids, so they can live their healthiest lives possible.
The Bandaged Bear Raffle
We have decided to wrap up our fundraising efforts early, and will save the raffle draw for our 2021 event. We would like to thank everyone who generously donated to the Bandaged Bear Raffle prize pool. We have ensured that all the prizes donated have been returned to all the generous suppliers.
We look forward to the future Bandaged Bear event in 2021 and hope to see you all soon at our APC Clinics.

YOUR DONATION AND SUPPORT GO TOWARDS HELPING PEOPLE LIKE LACHIE
17-month-old Lachie has only ever known life with one hand. While still in the womb, Lachie’s right hand and forearm were amputated due to a condition known as amniotic band syndrome.
Although the condition has made life a little different for Lachie, it hasn’t held him back in the slightest and thanks to a prosthetic arm and support from our Kids Rehab team, there will be nothing he can’t achieve.

The Össur Mobility Clinic on the Green is a unique experience that will introduce amputees to the sport of Golf and also provide an opportunity to network, optimise lifestyle and have fun with other amputees!
Amputees of all ages and abilities are welcome to experience this event. Participants will learn basic, intermediate and advanced golfing techniques from Certified PGA members and experienced/elite Australian amputee golfers and Össur Ambassadors!
Learn the basics of swing dynamics, golf specific warm-up techniques, and discover the physical and mental health benefits the game has to offer. Limited spaces available, register now.
